Spuma poliuretanica profesionala monocomponenta Compakt are un volum mare de expandare si o excelenta adeziune la majoritatea materialelor de constructie: lemn, zidarie, metal, beton, azbest, ciment, materiale plastice (exceptie facand polietilena, teflonul si siliconul). Nu are miros, se intareste rapid si are proprietati excelente de izolare termica si fonica. Spuma intarita este rezistenta in timp la umezeala si mucegai, nu este toxica, nu se contracta, nu se taseaza, nu crapa, nu putrezeste, nu se faramiteaza in situatia in care este protejata impotriva razelor ultraviolete prin acoperire cu tencuiala sau silicon.
